Delivery

After purchase, we start working on your order in 24-36 hours (sometimes it could be longer and take around 48 hours). The whole process of delivery can take 1-5 days. If you order more than 1000 followers, likes, or views, it could take around 5-10 days and more, because it is gradual delivery. We also deliver each next batch of the followers, likes, or views every 36-48 hours from the previous delivery and only when the last one was completed.

Usually, we deliver 100-150 followers per day or 50-100 likes per day (if you didn’t choose the delivery speed during the purchase process). If you need faster – just let us know. All that you need to do – it’s just to keep your account “public” and don’t have any age or other restrictions, while your order is in process. When ordering any service from us, you understand that you are paying us to manage a social media ad on a 3rd party websites. We deliver high-quality USA and European based followers. Key Guidelines and Notices

  1. Please don’t change your Instagram or Twitter username without notifying us. Otherwise, we won’t be able to deliver your followers!
  2. Please don`t use any other ads campaigns or services until we will not complete your order!
  3. If you have a private like counts – we can`t deliver the likes. So you should keep your likes count public during the delivery process.
  4. Please don`t do any actions with deleting followers or hiding the likes during the delivery process. Otherwise, we can`t deliver you the total number of followers because we need to know the entry followers point once we start the delivery to track the order normally.
  5. Followers based in the USA imply individuals associated with the US, identifiable through their content, tags, descriptions, or location!
  6. For Twitter, if your account displays the warning ‘Caution: This profile may include potentially sensitive content,’ it can significantly slow down the delivery process due to these restrictions. Such outcomes do not depend on us; they are determined by Twitter’s policy. So, please be patient and try to understand this situation.

Delivery of Free Likes

Due to many 50 free likes requests per day, we decide to reduce it to 10. Anyway, it will show the quality to take the decision to buy likes or not. Free likes we deliver in around 1-3 days. Please be patient – just relax and wait.

Drop Rate & Refill Guarantee

The drop rate is around 10-15% for Twitter and around 5-10% for Instagram. Usually we deliver each order more followers in order to recompensate the potential drop. Anyway if you see that your start count doesn`t match with final followers amount for this we have the option of automatic refill, meaning, if a drop occurs, we’ll automatically and fully replenish it. If it doesn’t happen, please get in touch with us and we will refill the followers. We guarantee a refill during the 3 months from the date of the purchase.

Billing

Payments on InstaMama are processed using a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through our website. The secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption. By purchasing our services you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, credit card, or debit card institution. Furthermore, you have the authorization to use the credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or any other payment source used to make the purchase. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address. Users acknowledge chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be carried out prior to discussing the situation with our support team.

InstaMama.net uses the information that you send us to complete your order. We also use your information to send you upcoming special promotions and deals, growth-tips, order information that you might be interested in. InstaMama.net never sells your information to anyone.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer non-tangible irrevocable goods. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service at our site.

We deliver likes and followers via advertising. They are real people. Also we need to inform you that we have a strict process of refunding money – first of all we need to initiate the process of rejecting followers and likes (returning to us the money that we paid for the advertising). In this case we need to get in touch with Instagram / Twitter / YouTube or any other social media network or services and ask them to make a revision of your likes and followers, your account, reduce the followers / likes and returning to us the money that we paid for the advertising. As because you ordered from us this service and don`t like/need it! In this case Instagram can recheck your account for any activity that you can potentially do with your accounts (means during all periods of your account existing). Also all delivered from our side likes and followers will be deleted from your account. Before taking any actions, please first of all get in tough with us and discuss all. It is very important!

Eligible Refund Requests

Non-delivery of the product/service: in some cases, the process times are slower, and it makes takes a little longer for your order to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service Department in writing within 3 days from placing the order.

Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product/service is not as described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Corrections

InstaMama.net has the right to make corrections to any errors found on it’s site without prior notice. Although we take pride in our accuracy there may be rare occasions when an error could occur and in this case, corrections must take place without any delays.
