Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Users aged 13-17 may only use the platform with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.
Limitation of Liability
The user agrees to not hold InstaMama.net or anyone associated with InstaMama.net, under no circumstances, for any claim relating to any breach of the terms or conditions of this agreement. The user also agrees that to not hold InstaMama.net or anyone who is connected to InstaMama.net responsible for any type of losses or damages of any kind that might arise while using this site.
Services
We deliver engagement through targeted social media ads, influencer partnerships, and platform‑level distribution systems. Because the audience is reached organically through these channels, we do not control or guarantee individual profile characteristics. Unless explicitly stated in the service description, we do not guarantee that delivered accounts will have:
▫️ a specific number of posts or likes
▫️ stories, highlights, specific recent activity
▫️ a complete bio or detailed profile description
▫️ uniform posting behavior or engagement patterns
Profile appearance and activity vary naturally based on the individuals reached through advertising and partner networks. Differences in profile structure do not indicate invalid accounts.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically initiated within 24–48 hours after request. Delivery speed varies by service, volume, and queue status. For orders over 1000 followers/likes/views, delivery may take 5–10 days or more due to gradual fulfillment. Users must not run other campaigns on the same account during delivery. If usernames are changed during delivery, or if accounts are set to private or restricted, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.
Misuse & Restrictions
Users must not use InstaMama.net services for unlawful purposes or to violate the Terms of any social media platform. Misleading actions, abusive behavior, or attempts to manipulate service processes will result in account termination and wallet forfeiture. Multiple accounts created to bypass bans or suspensions will be permanently closed.
Key Guidelines and Notices
▫️ Please don’t change your Instagram or Twitter username without notifying us. Otherwise, we won’t be able to deliver your followers!
▫️ Please don`t use any other ads campaigns or services until we will not complete your order!
▫️ If you have a private like counts – we can`t deliver the likes. So you should keep your likes count public during the delivery process
▫️ Please don`t do any actions with deleting followers or hiding the likes during the delivery process. Otherwise, we can`t deliver the service
▫️ Followers based in the USA imply individuals associated with the US, identifiable through their content, tags, descriptions, or location!
Delivery of Free Likes
Due to many 50 free likes requests per day, we decide to reduce it to 10. Anyway, it will show the quality to take the decision to buy likes or not. Free likes we deliver in around 3-5 days. Please be patient and make sure that you follow us on Instagram: /instamama_official/ and please keep your post likes public and not hide them, until we not complete the delivery. Otherwise, we won’t be able to deliver you the free likes!
Top-Ups & Order Issues
Disputes or chargebacks filed without prior contact with our support team could result in account termination, reversal of services, and forfeiture of wallet credit. If service delivery fails and your account meets all the required conditions, you may request a review within 7 days of order placement.
Refill Policy
We may deliver more than the ordered quantity to compensate for possible drop-off. If you notice a significant drop (e.g., more than 10–15%), and your account remained eligible during delivery, we offer a 6-month refill guarantee from the original purchase date.
Billing
All payments are securely processed through trusted gateways. No sensitive payment data is stored by InstaMama.net. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Filing false disputes will result in immediate service termination and IP bans.
Privacy
Your personal information is only used to fulfill your orders and send service-related updates or promotions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Limitation of Liability
InstaMama.net is not liable for any account suspensions, restrictions, or losses that may occur from using our services. We do not control how third-party platforms (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) handle engagement or traffic.
FTC & Transparency Compliance
We do not support deceptive practices or encourage misrepresentation of artificial engagement as organic. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that purchased engagement is promotional and may not reflect real-time or organic user behavior.
Acceptance
By registering or using our services, including topping up your wallet, you confirm that you’ve reviewed and accepted these Terms. You also acknowledge that wallet credit represents a non-refundable digital value intended for use within our platform only.
